Textilní Galanterie Filium

Located inside the Palladium mall, it’s a trove of treasures!

During our weekend in Prague we visited the shop twice, and always came out with a purchase. They have literally anything!
You pass from embroidery floss to yarn, from Aida cloth to crochet hooks and knitting needles. They have all the notions you can desire.

You’ll also find kits for needlepoint and cross stitch, both for adults and children.

There’s also a selection of fabric and sewing patterns.
Not to mention a wall of buttons!

I especially enjoyed the DMC floss and frames, with a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Check out the selection of luxury embroidery frames and beechwood frames.
There are three rotating racks full of DMC cottons, mouliné and tapestry wool.

I also loved the range of premium Gütermann threads: sewing threads, embroidery and silk floss, patchwork and quilting threads…

Also, look up to see beautiful practical travel boxes and bags, and organizers. Look around to find decorative scissors as well.
