Lankakauppa Snurre

Mainly a yarn store, but if you happen to be in Helsinki city center and are in need of notions it’s worth a visit.
It’s conveniently a few minutes walk from the Central train station.
They have an embroidery section with DMC floss, loops, Bohi’s embroidery frames, needles, notions, Aida cloth, kits for cross stitch or punch needle, buttons.

They also sell online, but deliver only to Finland.

The owners are kind and helpful. And for sure stepping inside the shop among all the carefully ordered colors gives you a sense of peace and satisfaction!
