It’s a small shop packed with thread, needles and other tools and parts. There is also some fabric, and other tools for other kinds of handwork using thread. The thread is upstairs, not on street level.
The ladies working there are knowledgeable, but unfortunately, don’t speak much English.
It’s also located about a five-minute walk from Tokyo station, so it’s easy to reach.
